The Ultimate Appropriation
Taking the Zion out of Judaism
We’ve spent years listening to lectures about the evils of cultural appropriation. We’re told it’s a moral failing to take the symbols, the language, or the sacred traditions of a people and strip them of their original meaning for your own use. Well, look in the mirror. If you’re an Antizionist, especially a Jew using our liturgy to attack our existence…that is exactly what you’re doing.
You need to take the name Zion right out of your mouths and call yourself what you are. You’re a cult built on lies, misinformation, and indoctrination. You don’t get to use our words while you work to destroy our home.
A Religion of Soil, Not Just Spirit
You’ve been sold a version of Judaism that is nothing more than a set of universal “nice ideas.” But here’s the thing, Judaism is an ethno-religion. We’re a tribe and every single holiday you pretend to celebrate is a physical, direct tie to the Land of Israel. When you strip that out, you’re left with nothing but a hollowed-out shell of…I don’t know what to even call it. Look at the context you’re trying to erase:
Passover: The entire “Order” of the night is a countdown to the Promised Land. Leaving Egypt was the means; Israel was the end. If you take away the destination, the Exodus is just a long walk to nowhere. It’s not a “liberation metaphor” for your politics; it’s our national origin story.
Hanukkah: You’re celebrating a guerrilla war fought by Jews to reclaim the Temple in Jerusalem. If you call yourself an Antizionist, you’re literally on the side of the Seleucid Greeks in that story. You’re celebrating the very sovereignty you claim is “colonial.”
Purim: We mark the calendar based on whether a city had walls in the time of Joshua…aka, the conqueror of the Land of Israel. It’s a holiday about the survival of the Jewish people so we could return home and rebuild.
Rosh Hashanah & Yom Kippur: Every prayer is oriented toward Jerusalem. The “Ingathering of the Exiles” isn’t a suggestion; it’s the central theme of the High Holy Days.
Ritual Without Roots
It doesn’t matter if you had a Bar Mitzvah, went to religious school, or wear a Star of David around your neck. Those aren’t hall passes to dismantle the foundation of the faith. You’ve allowed yourselves to be convinced that you can “reimagine” a 3,000-year-old covenant to make your political friends comfortable.
When you sit at your “alt-Seder” and use a JVP script that turns the Ten Plagues into political talking points, you aren’t practicing Judaism. You’re committing identity theft. You’re taking the sacred language of our survival and turning it into theater for a movement that wants us gone.
The Final Betrayal
Let’s stop the charade. You aren’t “saving” Judaism; you’re euthanizing it. You’re performing a religious lobotomy, cutting out the part that requires courage and connection so you can fit in at a protest. Our ancestors didn’t die in the Inquisition or the Pale of Settlement for the “right” to turn the Haggadah into a propaganda pamphlet for people who want us erased from the map.
You’ve traded a 3,000-year-old inheritance for a seat at a table that only lets you stay as long as you keep attacking your own family. That isn’t “tikkun olam.” It’s a suicide pact. If you want to advocate for the dismantling of the Jewish state, have the integrity to do it without wearing our religion as a costume. Stop hiding behind your “Jewish values” while you sharpen the knives of those who hate us. We see through the jargon and the fake rituals. And we see through the cowardice. You aren’t the future of Judaism. You’re the latest chapter in the history of those who tried to destroy us from within. Keep your “politics”, but leave our God and our Land out of your mouth.
Watch this Honest Reporting Expose on the JVP “Haggadah”:

Wow, you go, girl!
I am not even Jewish and I cringe when I see young Jews going on an "apology tour" for Israel standing up for its right to exist!!!
LOL, as soon as I saw the title of this piece and the subheading, I KNEW that it had to be about the execrable JVP Haggadah. Really, that Haggadah could also be subtitled, "Tell me you hate Jews without telling me that you hate Jews."
