Hostile states have found a cheaper way to do terrorism. Instead of spending years radicalizing someone into believing a cause, they’re paying kids small amounts of cryptocurrency to commit acts of arson and sabotage they barely understand. No ideology required. No loyalty required. Just a task and a payment.
